Associate Membership Criteria
- The Trustees of ECSC C.I.O reserve the right to alter and amend these criteria from time to time
- Please note access to the club will use biometric data and be subject to current and future Covid-19 regulations. Membership cards, key fobs and fingerprint scanning are currently generally deemed unsafe. Consideration is being given to modifying the entry system to use facial recognition. Registration for this, and hence final confirmation of membership, will take place on the members first visit when documentary proof of identity/eligibility will be required.
Those eligible for associate membership:
Parishioners and residents of Edlesborough Parish
- All parishioners and permanent residents of Edlesborough Parish are eligible for associate membership.
- *Documentary proof of residence will be required.
Members of affiliated sports clubs
- At this time the affiliated sports clubs are:
- -EB Lions
- -Edlesborough Tennis Club
- -Edlesborough Cricket Club
- -Edlesborough Runners
- *The appropriate sports clubs will be asked to confirm the individual's membership of the club
Those making substantial donations to the project
- Those who have donated through "buy a brick".
- Those who have made substantive other donations.
Any permanent resident of a qualifying neighbourhood adjacent to Edlesborough Parish
- Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.
- *Documentary proof of residence will be required.

**This class of membership will be subject to a membership fee.
For 2021 this will be £50 per year for a family membership covering two adults in the same household, or £30 for a single membership. Fees to be paid annually in advance. - **Please note that applicants in this class will initially be placed on a waiting list for practical administrative reasons. Applicants will receive further updates by email from the membership committee.
Any person appointed by the Trustees to further administration
- Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.
Those with permanent employ in the Parish of Edlesborough
- Subject to terms and conditions to be determined from time to time by the charity trustees.
- *Proof of employ will be required.
